    As you would be aware, the current Covid 19 pandemic is affecting shipping - particularly internationally. 

    Our experience to date has been quite positive, and we have not had reports of any significantly delayed deliveries, even with our international orders. However, please bear in mind that Australia Post has pushed out their usual anticipated delivery time frames.

    Burbridge + Burke ships Australia wide and internationally. 

     

    Where do you ship from?

    Orders are picked and packed from our store in Nelson Bay NSW, Australia.

    There are a few bulky items that are shipped directly from a Sydney warehouse.

     

    What are the FREE SHIPPING conditions?

    All Australian orders over $100 are shipped for free. How good is that!

    The only exception is furniture. We do offer a fantastic flat rate delivery fee of $20 Australia wide for our furniture items. Unfortunately this isn't possible for some quite rural or remote locations, so if you think this applies to you, please get in touch and we can look at costs for you.

    All other orders are sent at Australia Post charges, as calculated at checkout, based on the size and weight of your order.

     

    What are your processing times?

      Deliveries are sent Monday - Friday.

      We aim to pack and send off items as orders are received. Usually this is the day of or following, receipt of the order. Basically, we know you want your shiny new things asap and we aim to get them to you as quickly as we can.

      Order processing may take a little longer during particularly busy periods or sale events. We appreciate your patience and promise we are working as fast as this small team can.

       

      How long will it take to get to me?

      Domestic customers: We entrust Australia Post with delivering our orders as we have found through experience that they are the most reliable and efficient. Unless sent by express, parcels will generally arrive in 2-3 days. Once your order is fulfilled you will be provided with a tracking number that you can use to keep an eye on your parcel once your item is in transit.

      International customers: Again, we are using Australia Post to send international orders. Shipping will calculate for you at checkout, based on the individual items in your order. The only item we are unable to ship internationally at this stage are the Mustard Made Lockers, purely because of their size and weight. We are always on the look out for cost effective ways to ship Internationally. If you do have any questions, please reach out to us. 

       

      International orders:

      International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your particular order. All shipping costs are displayed in AU dollars.

      We NO NOT currently ship furniture pieces internationally. 

      Some parcels sent overseas will be quarantined by Customs until an additional fee is paid to Customs to release the parcel to you. Please check the applicable Custom laws in your country before placing your order. Burbridge + Burke is not liable to pay such fees and is not responsible for the rejection of your parcel.

      Who will deliver my parcel? 

      We use Australia Post for domestic deliveries because we have found them to offer the most reliable and efficient delivery service. They offer a range of delivery options, can deliver to a PO Box and are carbon neutral. 

      Bulky items such as furniture pieces are sent by courier. You will need to provide an address for these purchases, they can not be delivered to a PO Box. 

       

      Can I shop online but pick up in-store? 

      Yes! Of course you can, plus we would love to meet you! Be sure to select the IN-STORE PICK UP option at check-out and leave a note in the comments for us so we know when to expect you and have your parcel ready.
