At Burbridge + Burke, we are passionate about people purchasing mindfully and for items to be loved and cared for in their new homes. Please read our product descriptions carefully and get in touch with any questions before your purchase if you just aren’t sure about something. We are here to help.
Once your parcel arrives, it is important to get in contact with us as soon as possible if you are not happy with something.
Is something faulty or damaged?
We are so sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item so that we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Changed your mind or the item just wasn’t what you were hoping for?
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so that we can arrange an exchange, credit or refund.
Important bits to note:
- Returned items need to be in unused condition, tags attached and where applicable, in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs will be at the customers expense
- A refund/credit or exchange will be processed once we receive the returned item
